A Harmony Lecturer has been seriously injured, caught off guard by a stray Parallel Octave created by one of his students. Only Sub-dominant injuries were sustained, thanks to quick action by a number of students who were Passing Notes at the time.
The court is expected to hear that while there was no apparent Motive, the student ought to have Anticipated the move, and should consequently receive a Suspension.
The student was believed to be under the influence of a Prolonged Tonic.
